When you submit a form on this site (for example, to book a free spend audit or a free IT assessment), we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, work email address, mobile number, company size or SaaS spend band, and any message you write in the notes field.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site. We don't know who you are until you tell us, by filling out a form or emailing us directly.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and book the assessment or audit you requested
• To follow up by email or phone about the specific request you submitted
• To keep an internal record of leads and client conversations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We do not use your details for purposes beyond what you'd reasonably expect from submitting an enquiry form.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to our inbox at hello@5foldstrategy.com. Netlify may retain a copy of submitted form data as part of providing this service; you can read Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@5foldstrategy.com and we'll action your request within a reasonable timeframe.
